Saw one rspike in UW today lol.
The funniest part about this meta is the distinct feeling ur in the special olympics when two PS sins try to lineback each other, because neither can get away if they keep pressing 1. At least turbo tard RaO's needed adrenaline and escape scythes never bothered for obvious reasons.

yeah, completely agree with you exile, HA is now easier for other people to start getting ranked. I had my account banned, and found it really hard to get back into HA with no rank at all. having heroes enabled me to gain back at least some sort of rank, still nothing to what i had but meh.

Every player knows that there are terrible high ranked players. Vigor, for example.
If you take 8 r10-14's and 8 r3-9's, the higher ranked team will win IF they are playing the same build.
The only reason people still argue this is because:
A) They are low ranked and like to bitch.
B) A team ganks in halls and the result is a low ranked team winning without doing anything on their own.
C) A + B
D) When the lower ranked team is playing the EXACT counter to the higher ranked team's build.
This is not off topic, it is explaining another thing that is wrong with HA today.
EDIT: Typo.

Palm strike is not overpowered....big deal they can knock you down every 8 seconds. Weapons of warding block one skill chain done. Blind GG. DIversion. WHole chain over. Signet of hum. By by chain. Palm strike is not overpowered stop qqing over palm strike. The 17 cripppled that was pretty bad but its fine now.

Palm strike has 4 recharge, how can 1 block end your combo... You just use palm strike again and continue firing dual attacks as fast as you can. The shorter cripple helps a lot because if you use crip rune and shield you might just get away from the sins now.
Btw, pretty much all of HA is a joke because even r12 teams who hold halls daily cannot stand up to the awesomeness of byob! Only shit we lose to is hexway and people who powerrun on forgotten temples :P Ofcourse we also lose to smiteway when someone RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOs up, but in general from what Ive seen the balanced build people run is just insanely bad...

Sorry, but blind and WoW work against all melee discounting those shielded by particular things.
Counterability doesn't mean balanced.

Remove heroes from all areas of pvp except HB.
0 ping on an interupter with fastcasting in Heroes Ascent is just retarded, I dont know what the hell ANET were thinking.

As of now Ha is boring.
When I retired for my second time (2006), it was all alive and original. There were so many different builds out there. These days it's all the same. These days you see "Balanced", Ele/Smiteball or occasionally "Lichway" or "Hexway". Even the names are not original anymore (Lich Will Avenge You?! Hex Will Avenge You?!). Yeah, back in the day you had IWAY, ViM, Balanced, Minion Factory, EoE Saccers, etc. Some of these builds were considered "lame", but at least HA was a lot more FUN back then, than it is right now. Also the new Hall of Heroes sucks bad. As if there wasn't enough peace in the Halls already back then (everyone waiting on the 2:00 mark), now it's all about running like tards to cap relics. And maybe in the last 30 seconds people start fighting some cause the score is all equal and they want to kill the enemy's last Relic runner.
WTB OLD HA BACK.

I don't know about you, but I would concider myself lucky if there even is 1 non palm strike heroway forming.
The ONLY time something other than Hway is holding HoH is 1PM-5PM GMT+1.
Then it's Crystal's daily Euro dead hour playing time. Sure he's still terrible at this game, but atleast he's "holding with balanced".
Other than that, it's always Hways, hex-heroways, and.. thats about it in HoH. I run the occasional Jaggedway, sometimes a spike build, and whenever Nick wants to form, I Monk for him. Other than that, my GW time got reduced from 3-4 hours a day to a pity 1 hour a day these days.
It's just not worth playing a game where time > skill, and heroes > time. (In other words, if you're bad at this game, you simply play alot. (Crystal style) If you actually have a job, or school (as I do) you simply heroway. If you don't got a job, nor school, yet you feel like getting some crazy fame, you play ALOT and do hway. ([Pi P], Mts, Ralaj, ...)

it's a ghost of what it once was. older players quitting while it's harder for newer players to compete against vets while trying to learn the 1500 or so skills available for use. u have all the people that have grinded to r12+ over the years vs. the people that struggle to get to r6. meh

uh what?
1500 skills to learn? Most professions used in ha use less then 30 skills out of their skill pool. Most are fairly easy to figure out how to use... guardian, all the ele heats, ward of foes, song, warding, rc, infuse, sb, etc etc etc.)
struggling to get r6?
r9 = the new r6.

Let me just say that playing against PS sins every match is least amount of fun I have ever had in this game. Let me go over the metas that were more fun to play.
1) Smiter's Boon
2) 1 player + 3 hero + 2 henchman 6v6
3) Every Ranger Spike (including dual orders)
4) Every Rit Spike Incarnation
5) Every Blood Spike Incarnation
6) Ele Ball
7) Searing Flames
8) Original NF dual Incoming holding builds
9) Original Shadow Prison
10) NF Beta Derv
11) IWAY (every incarnation including when it had 150% attack speed)
12) Ether Renewal Smite
13) Oath Shot + Old school spirit spam
